Our activities include daily yoga sessions, guided meditations, Reiki personal and group healing, personalized hypnotherapy appointments, and wellness retreats in serene natural settings. We also organize weekly workshops focused on different alternative healing practices and holistic activities, aiming to help people release daily stress, reconnect with themselves, and find moments of true calm and clarity.
My name is Margarita Paschali. I was a student at ACS Athens from 1990 to 1993. It was a unique and valuable experience, whose true worth I came to appreciate more and more over the years.
