ACS Athens officially participates in the 1st Panhellenic Recycling Batteries Tournament!

1st Panhellenic Recycling Batteries Tournament organized by Afis and Earth Organization

The Tournament is organized by Afis and Earth Organization and its purpose is to raise awareness towards the importance of recycling batteries to students.

All faculty and staff are urged if they have empty batteries at home or in their offices to connect with students, in order to place them in the relevant recycling bins. Students can also bring empty batteries from home for recycling. Once the recycling bins are full, a truck will be coming to measure and record our data for the competition purposes.

More information about the competition can be found here.

The ACS Athens recycling program is expanding! Let the battery hunting start!
