| Memoriam |
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of alum Markos Papasifakis (Class of 1977).
Markos was a beloved member of the ACS Athens community, known for his passion for music, his adventurous spirit, and his unwavering positivity. His connections to ACS Athens were strong—his mother, Mary, was a beloved teacher, his brother Manolis is also an alum, and his daughter Artemis is currently a 10th-grade student. Markos also gave back to our school by teaching karate in our after-school programs, sharing his skills and passion with younger generations.
His energy and zest for life inspired all who knew him, and his presence will be profoundly missed. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones during this difficult time. May his memory live on as a blessing to all who were fortunate to know him.
The funeral will take place on Wednesday (27/11) at 10:00 a.m. at Ag. Gerasimos, Skisto.
